Aneta Bogdan

ANETA BOGDAN is the Managing Partner of Brandient, the leading branding and design consultancy in Romania. She pioneered the brand consultancy in Romania by founding Brandient in 2002, following an accomplished career of over 10 years in marketing, most notably as Marketing Communication Director for Connex (Vodafone), where she contributed to building one of the most admired Romanian brands.

With Brandient, Aneta advocated branding and design as business and reputation tools, while she created or revitalized many great Romanian brands, both in consumer goods like the well-known Fulga, Zuzu, Transavia portfolio etc and especially in large organizations and institutions like Astral, Flanco, Domo, Europharm, Romanian National Television (TVR) and CEC Bank.

She has also initiated the public debate on national branding in Romania, by inviting the reputed master of branding Wally Olins to the BrandRo Conference in 2003.

Besides writing in professional and business magazines, she is a highly-regarded conference and seminar speaker and was invited to the jury of the international competition ReBrand 2006 in the US. She is consistently ranked among the most influential people in communication industry and as the best branding specialist in Romania.

Her extensive practice in marketing and branding stands on her academic and professional credentials. Aneta graduated Economics at ASE Bucharest and holds an MBA from Open University Business School (UK). As recognition of her contribution to the marketing profession, she is a Chartered Marketer and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK)—being the first Romanian to achieve such honors.
